DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE AHEAD OF TIME!! Just go to the fair and rent the scooter. Should someone in your family get Covid or become ill you will not get any type of refund unless its 48hrs. No medical exceptions. Do not plan ahead for these scooters. They have tons of them and I doubt you actually need a reservation. Hope this helps someone from losing out on a motorized vehicle they will just rent to someone else.
Use them every year when I go to the state fair. They provide a much needed service for us older folks so we can still enjoy the fair! They are always courteous and get you through thevlinecquickly.
I rented a scooter for the Tulsa State Fair, paying $60.00. Three hours after I paid for the rental my mother in law who I rented the scooter for was put in ICU fighting for her life. I called asking them to cancel my reservation due to the fact she was in the hospital. I was aware of the 2 day cancellation, and was not expecting a full refund, but I did ask for a little help. I was told NO and even spoke with management who informed me pretty much your bad, but we are not refunding the rental. I will never use this company again, and will tell everyone I know not to use them!!
Company making money off of sick people. My mother was sick with cancer and was unable to attend the fair. The no cancellation policy takes advantage of people too sick to show, turns around and rents the scooter for double the profit. With no competition at the fair, they really have a monopoly on the sick and dying.
My own scooter broke down right before the Texas state fair. I reserved a scooter for the three days I was showing exhibition poultry. I want to particularly recognize Alex who brought a scooter to the poultry building and then picked it up at the end of the day. Without his kindness I would not have been able to continue to participate. Thanks for being there and I hope you continue to do well in the future.
